Reporting Relationship: Reporting to Senior Project Manager
Role Summary: Technical Lead Java with 6-8 Years of experience
Responsibilities:
? Strong knowledge with Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, iBatis)
? Strong core Java 8+ (Preferred Java Version 15+) skills (with good understanding of multithreading and performance tuning)
? Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns.
? Strong experience in Architecture & Designing, Web services (Open API, Rest or SOAP)
? Strong understanding and experience on Angular (Prefered Version 11+), JavaScript (object oriented), AJAX, JQuery
? Good knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL for Postgres/MySQL/Oracle database
? Sound knowledge on n-tier, MVC architecture
? Good understanding of application and web servers ? JBOSS, TOMCAT, JETTY
? Hands- on experience for Eclipse IDE
? Self-learner willing to experiment with latest features
? Team Leader, willing to take responsibility and contribute
? Experience in Waterfall/Agile development
? Experience in short release cycles & full software life cycle.
? Entire SDLC knowledge
? Good communication skills both written and oral.
Major KRAs:
? Requirement analysis, design, Coding & unit testing
? Creation of Architecture & Design document
? Conduct meetings on software designs and code reviews.
? Assist Technical Project Manager in creation & monitoring of schedule
? Review of Design & code
? Timely delivery of module with good quality
? Desirable Skills:
? DevOps, Linux, Jenkins, Design & architecture, Micro-services, Cloud (AWS/Azure)
? Demonstrated problem solving, analytic and troubleshooting skills
? Experience in Performance Tuning and creation of secured applications
? Experience with high volume and highly scalable application is a plus.
? Experience in Retail, Logistics & E-commerce domain
? Advanced Java Certification
? Prerequisites:
? Qualification - B.Tech/BE/MCA
? Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of IT expereience as mentioned in the JD
? Desirable qualities: Team Leader, Good Communication, willing to take responsibility and contribute
? Base Location: Noida Office, Willing to travel to onsite as & when required.
